If you're looking for an original retail package, I assume you've
checked Ebay because there seem to be a few there.

If you're just after anything to boot the machine, I can make
some disks and send them from Australia for $15AUD (=~$10.50USD),
but you might want to wait and see if someone closer to home
pipes up here.
