Set Default Window With Form Filler

Hi

My form filling applicaiton Form Filler has had another update bringing
it to version 1.17

New in this version is the ability to set the default window to be
opened on an iconbar click, also the main and slim windows when selected
from teh iconbar menu will display the form you are viewing and some
code improvements.
