KPDFutil Get TIFF Conversion

Hi

My front end to PDFutils KPDFutil has had another update making it
version 1.04

New in this version is the ability to convert PDF files into TIFF files
with various options which are:

� Colour output
� Grey scale output
� Monochrome output
� No Compression
� Packbits Compression
� JPEG Compression
� LZW Compression
� Deflate Compression
� Output all pages
� Output the odd pages
� Output the even pages
� Output selected pages

Also their was a slight bug fix in which the change from odd to even or
even to odd page conversions wasn't picked up.
