PDF To JPEG With KPDFutil

Hi

My front end to PDFutils KPDFutil has had another upgrade bringing it
upto version 1.03

New in this version is the ability to convert PDF files into JPEG files
with various options and they are:

Convert to colour JPEG files
Convert to greyscale JPEG files
Convert only the odd numbered pages
Convert only the even numbered pages
Convert between a range of pages.
