I have updated my front end for PDFutils KPDFutil to version 1.02

New in this version is the ability to convert PDF files into PNG files
with various options and they are:

Convert PDF to PNG colour
Convert PDF to PNG greyscale
Convert PDF to PNG monochrome
Convert PDF to PNG with transparency
Convert only the odd pages
Convert only the even pages
Convert between certain pages
