For this bank holiday Monday meeting, Chris Dewhurst will be Zooming in
from Scotland to talk about Drag n Drop, the magazine for 8bit and 32bit Acorn/RISC OS machines. Originally started by Paul Stewart back in 2009,
Chris took over as editor at the end of 2012 with the start of volume 4
and has now reached volume 14!
Drag n Drop is released quarterly in PDF format suitable for reading on
any device. It is not necessary to take out a subscription, just visit the website to download the latest issue. As well as news and reviews, there
is an emphasis on programming and software tutorials.

Chris has also published several books, both in electronic and physical formats. These include a pair of beginners guides to WIMP programming,
games development, and a Schema2 tutorial, amongst others.
Join us to hear about all of this and more from Chris, either online via
Zoom or why not do a bit of bank holiday sightseeing before coming along
to the pub for some food and a drink.
Directions to the venue by car (there is parking directly outside the pub
on Coral Street) and public transport (recommended!) are on the website:
