Sine Nomine Software will be attending the RISC OS North show on Saturday
with three new application upgrades:
The Impact database now has information tables showing all the indexes,
filters and field maps on a database. These tables make it much easier to
see the definitions of all your database controls. Impact's date and time fields can now be filled in using a date/time picker window. The optional grid, available when editing a card design, has received some small improvements.
RiscOSM, the OpenStreetMap-based map application, can now draw Voronoi diagrams, which divide the map area into zones nearest to a set of
features. JPEG support has been improved to rotate the images
automatically when appropriate.
RiscOSM also supports new plugin advanced search boxes, provided by the
new release of Recce. These allow you much greater control for searching planning applications, road traffic collisions, food hygiene ratings, and photographs from Flickr and Cycle Streets.
