3D Moonbase Attack is a new game for RISC OS featuring:
- Arcade action inspired by classic games such as Cylon Attack and TV
such as Space 1999.
- An Optional Red/Blue 3D glasses mode [*].
- High quality graphics producing using photographs of scratch built and
kit bashed models shot against green screen.
- 7 original music tracks made using analogue/digital synthesisers and
guitars.
- Sound effects by RDSP.
[*] - Some people can see this effect really well, and other less so.
However, 3D Glasses are cheaply obtainable for purchase online if you
wish to try this feature. The game runs in a conventional mode by
default with 3D red/blue being optional.

Both the Earth and Moon are protected by a force field.
But the Moon's is weaker than Earth's and under heavy attack.
A hole in the force field has opened up just above the moonbase.
You must fly into low orbit and defend the hole from the alien ships!
You can fly east, west, north and south and destroy the alien hordes
when they get in range of your weapons!
Between waves, land your fighter for re-fueling - but be careful!
Your landing computer is non-functional - so you will have to land by
hand. Be careful not to miss the base or crash! Good luck!
This is version 3.25 which has improvements since the initial release at
the RISC OS Wakefield. Including:
- Bug fixes.
- Improvements to game play in later levels.
- 12 Megapixel green screen shots of the models used.
