The next 'friendly fireside chat' for developers, and anyone with an
interest in developing on or for RISC OS, will take place on Saturday, 6th July.
This meeting will kick off at around 7:30pm, and is an informal way for
people to get together and discuss RISC OS development issues, swap ideas, hints and tips, seek help from other developers with problems they may be having, and so much more
The meetings are entirely informal, and there are no entry requirements
other than to have some kind of interest in RISC OS development - be that as someone thinking of starting out along the programming path, or someone who actively develops; whatever your level of skill or experience, you're
welcome to join in the discussion.
The meeting will be held using Zoom -
https://zoom.us - so with that
installed on a suitable device, all you need to join are the meeting credentials. If you've joined one of these developer meetings previously, you'll already have them. If not, they can be obtained in two ways:
* One way is to contact Andrew McCarthy on Twitter at
https://twitter.com/ArmBytes or Mastodon at
https://mastodon.online/@armbytes - or directly from your RISC OS computer
via ChatCube.
* The other way is to contact me by email here in the RISCOSitory bunker. Please note, though, that any emails sent to me on the day of the meeting itself will not receive a reply until very close to the meeting's start
time.
