MACadd Goes To Version 2.00

Hi

My RISC OS application for getting infomration about MAC Addresses
(medium access control address) called MACadd has been upgraded to
version 2.00

New in this version is that a new API provider is used as the old one
stopped working, so I updated the display code at the same time, only
one copy of it can be run at a time, it clears it's scrap files when it
is quit, if it crashes it should close any open files it has.
