kHangman Updated

Hi

My hangman game kHangman has had a few minor updates bringing it to
version 1.01

New in this version is a win percentage, the gallows are not started to
be drawn until the first incorrect letter chosen and better detection of
the PlayIt module and if not found it will not attempt to play sounds.
