QR Code Update

Hi

I have updated my application for creating and displaying QR codes
QrCode to version 1.08

New in this version is a spelling error correction in the Creaet a Vcard
window title in which it was spelt as Creqte.

When creating a Vcard QR code the display window comes to the front.

Detects if wget has been seen and if it has not warns the user to either download wget or open the directory where wget is on their computer.

Cleans it's scrap files on exit.
