MPdata+ goes to version 2.01

My recently updated application to help keep tabs on your United Kingdom
Member of Parliament MPdata+ has been upgraded to version 2.01

New in this version is the addition of Early Day Motions by this MP
button

Fixed a spelling error on the main MPdata+ window in which Debates
spoken in last year was spelt Debates spoken in lasy year

Fixed a bug that if your constituency contained a comma the petitions
would not work and the Early Day Motions button would cause a crash.

On the petitions window the pointer changes to a pointing finger on a
link for that petition

Better wget detection and reporting.
