BusTimes and TrainTimes Get Scroll Wheel Support

Hi

My 2 applications for displaying information about UK public transport timetables, BusTimes and TrainTimes have both been upgraded to versions
1.16 and 1.15.

New in both these vesions is support for the scroll wheel on the mouse,
their is no other new features for both of these applications,

It was a simple update as a setting on the template files just needed to
be altered.

Both applications require a working internet connection and wget to
work.
