Set Default Board With Vkeyboard

Hi

I have updated my virtual keybaord application Vkeyboard to version 1.07

New in this version is the ability to set the default keyboard to use
when loaded. It also displays the keyboard in use under it's iconbar
icon.

One thing I'm thinking about adding is a numeric keypad option for it,
at the moment I'm not sure what way to do it I'm thinking either:

1. Make the window bigger and add the numberic keypad to the right.

2. Make the keypad a pane to the right

3. An option to have the keypad appear instead of the keyboard.

I'm favouring option 3 as those with small display won't have to scroll
to view the keypad.
