I can't say I am personally excited about this, being neither a fan of
VR nor, really, of the Amnesia series of games. Still, I always get a
certain amount of joy when hearing about how dedicated fans have made
their favorite game a little bit better, simply out of their love for
the product.
While the publishing industry is increasingly making to
nickle-and-dime its customers for the most incremental improvements
(and sometimes not even improving it, but simply re-releasing it again
just so you have the privilege of paying for the game a second time,
YES I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU KONAMI!), this open generosity is a
reminder of what used to make the Internet so great.
