  • Can anyone recommend a good supplier for an x61s battery?

    Look at eBay. I bought accumulators for many notebooks from VHBW and
    Patona.

    But I didn't know if they were any good or if the price was reasonable.

    In your experience are the VHBW batteries a good replacement and does
    that seem like a reasonable price?

    I had one for a SONY laptop, it was good. I think the price is ok.

    Try having the battery rebuilt instead of getting a new one. I had my
    T430's done by a local shop (also did my older PowerBook Duo, natch) but
    anyone who does power tool battery-pack repair can probably do a laptop
    of that vintage.

    come with the battery.
