Thx for that, didn't know Lenovo did an atheros card, might look at
whitelist BIOS and something newer.
If you want 802.11ac it’s going to require 3 things:
1. Whitelisted bios
2. Mini pcie half size to full size adapter
3. Intel AC 7260 card.
Indeed i've a link somewhere to zender's file & adapter kits are easy
enough to get, i've a 4 year old netbook with an atheros wifi card that
i could scavenge. Debian stretch will probably have a driver/firmware
package for it, will have to look at just what spec the atheros card is.
There is a pause on filling webpages that i don't think is just down to
the age of machine & the ATi gfx card.
