    It should appear on your account shelf immediately after
    clicking. Try refreshing the page, and if it is still not there,
    reclaim it again.

    Also, check if you have the email confirmation in your mailbox.
    It if is missing, something has gone wrong, and you should
    reclaim. (ps. check also junk mail folder)
