I have tried to write down a way to get a free (in terms of memory
cycles) and easy to implement DMA channel on the Apple II.
It has to do with the "6502 trashed memory cycles".
Would you (more hardware-oriented guys) like to read and comment about
it ?

Jorge, that link no longer works and I was unable to find anything on this in your github. Would you happen to have a working link, and have you done anything with this since this 2007 post?
