    Then again, maybe not such a disappointment. Everytime I /see/ "Age of
    Wonders III" I /read/ "Age of Empires III". The AOW games never
    excited me that much but I do remember having quite a lot of fun with
    the AOE titles.

    I mean, I already own the Age of Empire games (not on Steam though, I
    should get them on Steam) but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be glad of
    another copy ;-)

    I seriously made the exact same mistake. When I went looking to see if
    I had this game already, I typed Age of Empires. I am far more
    familiar with Empires then I am with Wonders. I am not a big RTS fan
    but AOE 2 left a very positive impression with me.

    I mean, I already own the Age of Empire games (not on Steam though, I
    should get them on Steam) but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be glad of
    another copy ;-)

    I have both the AOE 2 HD Edition and AOE 3 Complete Edition on Steam.
    Now it looks like they are releasing AOE 2 Definitive Edition and AOE
    1 soon on Steam as well.

    I am familiar with the HD remake of AOE 1 on the Windows Store so I
    am assuming this Definitive version is that one. But what the hell is
    the AOE 2 definitive edition? I hope it is going to be offered at a
    discount to those who already purchased the HD Edition.

    But the whole point of all these "editions" of the same game is to milk
    more money from consumers! Does your local drug dealer give discounts
    to their addicts? :)
