    I've had remarkably good luck with Google Translate. Enter a URL into
    the text box and it will usually translate the entire page.

    It's annoying. It's clunky. But it usually works well enough to do
    what I want.

    registering.

    I've used g'xlate to register, sign into, and send messages with forums
    like this before. It's an annoying PITA. But it can be done.
