Appendix B shows the implementation of 1280x1024 resolution with
external back-end support and two DACs. The fast DAC BT451/458 is used
for 1280x1024 and 1024x768 resolutions. The slow DAC BT471/478 is used
for VGA passthrough. The flicker-free capabilities do not apply to that
DAC.

The Bt471 has a 256 x 18 color lookup table
with triple 6-bit video D/A converters.
The Bt478 has a 256 x 24 color lookup table
with triple 8-bit video D/A converters. It
may be configured for either 6-bit or 8-bit
D/A converter operation.

Run it and report the adapter's POSID.
Either the POSID is correct [and the ADF is duffed], the POSID is wrong
[adapter issues?] or space aliens have turbo-dorked your adapter.
And the POSID winner is…….0611
