Tried accept all cookies, tried accept necessary cookies. Both choices
have in all options and results crammed into left 1/4 of screen, like
when you narrow a column in a table too much and each row becomes tall
    and narrow

    Followed your link
result: header occupies full width of screen
    body covers 80%, divided 1/3 - 2/3

    Selected the first doc mentioned
result: doc occupies full width of screen

    Searched for "187-085"
result: header occupies full width of screen
    body covers 80%, divided 1/3 - 2/3

    Selected the docs mentioned
result doc1 : occupies full width of screen but text is cut off at 1/3
result doc2 : occupies full width of screen but text is cut off at 1/3

I suppose cutoff of docs "187-085" is result of showing old (ocr-?) scans.

    In all sources I see : "cols="1" width="100%" and table width="710" or table width="600"

The first (newer) doc offers a link: "Printable version"
Which leads to an "An unexpected error occurred" and an offer to 'please report the broken link to IBM Documentation support':
    mailto:[email protected]?Subject=Report%20broken%20link<

Maybe 'Report unworkable screenlayout' is more appropriate?
