Working with the Windows 2000 Beta and it doesn't seem to like the NT 3.5 Driver listed on ardent for the SMC 8013WP/A, in the NT folder extracted from the exe. I think because it's NDIS 3.0 or am I not using it right?

The SMC 8013WP/A works OK in Windows 98, did MS have their own build in driver for it in NT 4?

Is there a driver for the Artisoft 10Base T for NT4?

I also have the Legends Adapter/A, newer version. Is there a NT 4 driver for it by chance?

The LAN/A? Windows isn't mentioned at all in the announcement letter. The National Semiconductor chip was mimicked at some level of the ISA adapter (literally identified by IBM as the "Ethernet Adapter for ISA") so that driver level may work for it too.

Nothing under National Semiconductor section and the IBM section is full of just token ring cards like LANStreamer.

I don't see any mention of the Artisoft AE-3 MCA card on ardent. Am I just looking past it? It is available in the Win2000 Beta windows drivers.

    Other choices:
    EtherExpress MCA
    3com 5c529 EtherLink III MCA
Olicom 10/100 (had one in the past and is a slow card)

I tried the SMC 8216T driver as a long shot, installs but can't get an IP and stops the Mach 32 driver from loading.

Good news, the Legends adapter Card: IBM Part# 48G7171 IBM FRU# 48G7172 is supported in Windows NT 4 and is on the CD at:
    D:\I386\DRVLIB.NIC\IBMENIIN
    IBMENIIN.SYS
    OEMSETUP.INF
Worked on by Robert Huggins at IBM
    _______________

The path for SMC8013WP/A, which also includes the ADF.
    D:\I386\DRVLIB.NIC\SMC16
    @61C9.ADF
    SMC8000N.SYS
    OEMSETUP.INF

Sadly neither of these driver libraries are liked by Win2000 Beta.
