    Hi Louis,

Thanks for the information. Yes, I found the ADF file which is how I got it "seen" by my system.

It appears (if I'm digesting this correctly) in order to get this card working on my IBM PS/2 50z, I'll need to find a DOS-compatible version of the COPStalk software. Unfortunately version 2.0 on the Internet Archive is for Windows 95. But I guess it's
a start. If anyone has older versions they've found for DOS, please let me know. :-)

I have an IBM 50z and I bought this DaynaTalk MC LocalTalk card. It
has a mini-din 8 connector on it for plugged into Apple's LocalTalk

What packages are we talking about? DAYNA would be the period software,
    COPS might support it. Maybe.

Sorry, maybe I'm confused. There was a lot posted above...

I looked at the links that were posted, but I didn't seem to see any reference to specific DAYNA software. But it's possible I missed it. I did see references to COPStalk, which is an AppleTalk/LocalTalk software package for Windows 3.1 / 95. I found
version 2 online, but again this is for Windows 95.

For the Dayna MC card I have I'd need DOS software. Therefore, I'm trying to determine what software I need (besides the ADF file, which I have) to get this card working with my IBM 50z running DOS.
It is not anyone's fault if this can't be determined, I'm just curious if anyone knew the answer. I see references to driver disks and software disks online, but they don't specify if they are from Dayna or bundles from other companies (like COPStalk).

Looking about, nothing much. I had hoped that Dayna might have the
drivers, but the earliest Dayna is in the Internet Archive is late '96,
all the MCA stuff is gone... :(
