What I see in the picture appears to be a base video adapter for a
multi-screen environment. Two SVGA WD90C00 graphics chips with 512KB(?)
RAM. Also known as Paradise VGA, PVGA1B to be exact. Single screen
generic drivers are available.
The ID is 8102
No adf, no manufacturer driver file. The company did not provide HTML
support for this card in 1996:
