    I have most images. Not linked yet. The identification of images /
    tables / figures wasn't the most consistent...

    The period terminology was "d.m.a.", "d.m.a.c", "i/o".

    The MC-GPIB shown in the article was the earlier one with the 8MHz
    uPD7210C, not the later 4882BPL at 20MHz.
