• Ebuy and "English" speaking support

    I had to return a [nice, but large] pair of boots from Flea-Bye.

    Cannot make the automated return page to continue [select any option,
    but "Continue" stays greyed out].

    Automated chat bot is clueless, so I had an agent call back. First agent
    was unable to understand that selecting either Carrier did not ungrey
    the "Confirm" button. Agent somehow thought that I expected the return
    to be free and suggested that I contact the seller.

    I got frustrated, hung up, and had another agent call. This one was understandable, and had a return label generated and it should be
    emailed in 24 hours...
