    I finally killed him by myself (level 12 rogue). I filled my belt with
    healing potions and positioned myself in front of a staircase so I could make
    a run for it. After beating on him and using all of my potions I run up/down >> the stairs and portal back to town to refill. It took about 15 mins but I got
    his ass. After his dead you get his Great Ax. Also be sure to identify any >> objects before you sell them, you get more $$$$.

    I only remember the Butcher. And I guess the end boss. Everything else
    just blends into another.

    Yes, there was a skeleton king, and there were cows, but the cow level was
    D2.
