  • Does the pinentry with gpg4win-2.3.4 not allow pasting?

    I am hearing that the pinentry for gpg4win-2.3.4 does not allow for
    pasting the pass phrase. Is this so? If that's the case is there
    any way around this?

    I get my pass phrases from a password manager, and typing them in
    is not going to work.

    If gpg4win-2.3.4 has a pinentry that doesn't allow pasting in the
    passphrase is there any way around that? Is there an alternate
    pinentry that will allow posting?

    I just upgraded to gpg4win-2.3.4 and I am able to paste a passphrase into the pinentry window using the Kleopatra application under windows 10.

    Thanks. I guess that gpg4win hasn't gotten to that version of gpg
    yet. I don't know what I'm going to do when I have to upgrade to
    that gpg version that doesn't allow pasting of the passphrase. I
    have long pasphrases.
