Hello,
More of my philosophy about usenet...

As you have noticed, i have posted on usenet on the newsgroup
of comp.programming, but it is not that i am a spammer,
Yes , you are.
it is just that i have posted here on some subjects since i have wanted usenet to not die,
The large volume of off topic posts you make makes it more likely that
people who want to make on topic posts will avoid the relevant groups.
I mean I can imagine people taking a short look on comp.programming ,
seeing the avalanche of drivel (not just by you) and decide that the
group is effectively dead.
but if you want me to not post here, i will not post
here,
Please stop posting off topic stuff here and on comp.programming.threads . What you are doing is treating comp.programming , comp.programming.threads
and possibly other groups as your blog. Creating a usenet based blog is a perfectly reasonable idea and one I may do myself one day but it's not the
same as taking over a preexisting group for this purpose.
So here is a suggestion for you :

3. Can I make my own group?
Certainly. Just post a message that looks something like this
(headers and all):
Newsgroups: free.control,free.fishhead
Subject: cmsg newgroup free.fishhead
Approved:
[email protected]
Control: newgroup free.fishhead
From:
[email protected] (Fish Head)
For your newsgroups file:
free.fishhead Eat them up, yum!
There's no guarantee that anybody will carry your group, of course,
but at least you tried. Better names will probably ensure that more servers will carry your group, so you might want to put some thought into it.
}
Why don't you use the above method to create free.blog.ramine ? But you
would have to use a proper newsreader or a programming library to form
an appropriate message and post it , googlegroups won't do it. Since you
claim to be good in programming , it shouldn't be a problem.
since usenet died in 2010, since we’ve all called Usenet dead many
times over the last decade, but it wasn’t until May, 2010 that we could truly say that the death certificate had been signed and the corpse buried. And you can read the following article so that to notice it:
https://thenextweb.com/news/usenet-officially-dead-buried
Since I read usenet regularly , if it dies , I will notice it myself , I
don't need to read it in some article. The article is from June 2011 and says "I haven't been to a newsgroup in nearly ten years" .This tells you how seriously it should be taken. The reasoning provided why usenet is dead is idiotic. The only good thing in the article is that it gives the link
https://today.duke.edu/2010/05/usenet.html .In that link we read the
following puzzling statement : "Duke decided to retire its aging Usenet
server based on low usage and rising costs." .Why not replace it with a newer server ? With the advances in computer hardware , running a usenet server should be getting (way) cheaper rather than more expensive.
