For the last few years [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> subscriptions/unsubs were handled by emailing questions+[un][email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>. That's changed as the list management software has switched from mlmmj to Sympa. The correct way now is to
visit https://lists.ntp.org <https://lists.ntp.org>, which I believe was
how it was done before mlmmj when the lists were hosted on Mailman.
