Major Major is a (free, open source) mailing list manager for OS/2.

The main new feature in the present version is the option to include MIME headers in the leader and trailer files for a mailing list, for cleaner support of text that is not in US ASCII. This will of course not affect lists that have no leader or trailer
text.
