Best I can tell it's not possible.

Can you get away with setting the the working directory to "."? It's
not as aesthectically pleasing as having the field blank, but perhaps
it will work for your use case.

Probably. IRL Netscape instead of the default browser is used to
browse local files. In this case a "." may work fine too.

In general yet another tips & tricks-alternative for objects with
manual or unknown (WPProgram -> SET FOO=BARs) settings is to create a
new object by copying an existing one first. A template, which
technically doesn't have to be a template.
