Hello, I have there a simple change which allows to cross compile
exe2coff tool. I have checked that Linux (with patch) and MinGW can
    compile exe2coff.c without problem.

Why is it useful to have exe2coff on the host?

Pali refuses to join the mailing list, and has been cc'ing the
developers directly. I've asked him to join multiple times, but until
he does, I'm kind of just ignoring him. These types of discussions
    should be public and archived.

Thanks, installed. But please in the future produce the diffs
uniformly, either from Diff/CVS or from Git, but do not mix them in
the same patch -- that makes it unnecessarily harder to apply.
