    I built and installed kernel 6.15 today.

    Why? I don't rightly know. There's not much difference
    from previous kernels but I just don't want to fall far
    behind the development trends.

    The Nvidia drivers needed a patch. On Gentoo, applying
    a patch is super easy. Just drop the patch into "/etc/portage/x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers" and it will
    be automatically applied.

    But feast your eyeballs on the total lack of security
    features:

    Run the above command on your system and you will discover
    the horrid truth. Distro systems are crippled to fuck
    with security.

    Brother, if you ain't running a hybrid Gentoo/LFS then
    please admit yourself to the nearest psycho ward.

    No they didn't. Just run the installer with:

    # ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-575.57.08.run --no-unified-memory --skip-module-load

    Then choose the MIT/GPL branch (the default).
