  • CP/M Programmer's Utilities Guide (missing pages 259-274)

    I recently was looking for the RMAC error codes and was referred to the "CP/M Programmer's Utilities Guide" which I found online and downloaded however it seems to be missing pages (259-274). I found others online and they all seem to be missing the same
    pages.
    Does anyone have a copy of this manual that isn't missing those pages?

    The physical copy I have, which is part of the CP/M Plus documentation bundle, ends on page 256 (End of Appendix F). Then follows the index, pages 257-265. Those are the "logical page numbers" (as printed on the pages). I'm not sure how those pages are
    numbered physically, in a PDF. My copy shows the MAC/RMAC Error Messages as "Appendix A" starting on (logical) page 241. "Section 17" is the last "chapter" of the book, before appendices.

    I don't have this scanned, and don't have any decent document scanning equipment, but it looks like the appendices are just a few pages so I could scan just those manually. The copy I have is "First Edition: September 1982" also.

    Do you have a URL for the “CP/M Plus documentation bundle”? I googled for it but the ones I found are ether missing the “Programmer’s Utilities Guide” or contained the same doc that I have with the missing pages.

    The index at the beginning says Appendixes: “A - MAC/RMAC Error Messages ...................................... 265”

    Oh, also says “ First Edition: September 1982 ” after the title page.

    If noting else could you post the RMAC error codes?

    This was a 300dpi "B&W Text" scan, no OCR was done.

    I wonder if the ASM86 error messages from CPM-86 would be equivalent?

    Very strange that the complete appendices A, B and C are missing. I'd
    almost consider it to be deliberate.
