    Someone with a business mind will set up an Android Development Company
    and register that with Google. Then will sell anonymous developer access
    for $50/year. You provide them with the APK and pay them and they sign
    it with their Google Verified ID. I should go an patent that!

    That seems to be what most companies do, regardless of if it's actually
    a good idea or not (see: removing headphone jacks)
