Could it be that you have a multipart message that only contains a HTML part (and possibly attachments). The message will be in the attachment and you will not be able to edit it.
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Subject: Ein Brief kommt in Krze bei Ihnen an
Parts/Attachments:
1.1.1 OK ~35 lines Text
1.1.2 Shown ~89 lines Text
1.2 OK 17 KB Image
----------------------------------------
Parts/Attachments:
1.1.1 Shown ~35 lines Text
1.1.2 OK ~89 lines Text
1.2 OK 17 KB Image
Now press "F" or "R" to forward or reply. Does this include the message? If not, do you see a Multipart attachment in the headers?
This message is in MIME format. The first part should be readable text,
while the remaining parts are likely unreadable without MIME-aware tools.
