    BCC32C (CLANG) MSC32!

    Thanks for the confirmations. Next I plan to have a generic make.bat
    which will auto detect and use approriate make_xx.bat. bld.bat already
    uses settings established by make/find_xx.bat.

    I also hope to offer auto download and set CLang compiler if C compiler
    not found.
