    With the last changes all my compilers build fine (MSC32, MSC64, BCC32,
    BCC32C, BCC64, MGW32 and MGW64!

    Now I am ready for a new official release. Ron, any pending changes from
    you?

    Nope, I only suggest bumbing the minor version number.

    I also suggest we ADD a note to the README on GitHub explaining that
    after FIRST:

    git clone

    user needs o perform:

    git submodule update --init --recursive

    to obttain the xbScript sub module or building will; fail.

    Done. Sorry for the multiple commits, I should have to do my experiments
    in my fork...
