    Proper code design. Breaking code down into functional blocks.
    Creating reusable code. Object oriented programming techniques.

    Way too much to teach in a usenet post. 3-5 years of coding under
    supervision of a good programmer is a start - if you learn from that programmer.

    Encouraging poor programming techniques makes my job as a project
    manager much more difficult.

    The originality should be also be valued !

    YOU think the code is great. So why don't you have a job? Do you think
    it might possibly be because companies want programmers who write GOOD code?

    But that's your first problem. Thinking your code is great instead of
    learning from someone who knows what they are doing.
