No new API's. Only Tcl 9 support.

"Note that the modular and single file bin in 4.x distributions are no
longer available and will not be supported in 5.0."

Does that mean that the "single"-file-pkgindex/DLL release will no
longer be there in 5.x, and I would need to distribute all 50+ tcl and
dll files if I bundle TWAPI with my program? Not a big deal, but one
needs to be prepared ;-)

Not sure yet. I have to yet figure out the best mechanism for 9.0 since
it has its own single file framework using attached zip files to
executables.
