    captcha-errors are OFTEN a result of ad-blockers and anti-tracking
    extensions.

    captchas often use the same mechanisms that tend to be blocked
    due to their main use by web-trackers...

    Try to add the tcl wiki to the exceptions in the browser or extension,
    just to see if it helps you get over the captcha.

    I haven't analyzed the captcha on tcl wiki, though - maybe it
    works differently - then this message is moot.
