I really wonder, that with ai, it is not possible to get rid of this spam. Even with a simple Tcl script you may detect this ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I only see the spam with google groups. On my desktop, using firefox, with this url I don't see the (recent) spam.

    https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topicsearchin/comp.lang.tcl/-interwin%20and%20-slot

When I use thunderbird for reading and replying, I also don't see the spam.

    Great ! It works !
Anyway, I marked those messages as spam, hoping Google will remove them.

If you marked them in the google groups interface, then absolutely
nothing will happen. No one at google pays any attention to those
messages that are marked as spam, nor do they do anything to stop the
    flood.

Indeed, were it not so sad, it's fascinating how things can disintegrate in almost zero time. Now try to think in global dimensions or interplanetary, even.

For me this looks really like simple pattern, therefore I donโ€™t get it. And I would not have hundreds of algorithms to validate this kind of spam. Yes it may at the end somewhat difficult, but by all of the hype regarding AI this small sites are a good
place to check that. But either they donโ€™t care or they canโ€™t, and I tend to believe the last.
