done on Github and the results of the workflow runs were shown on

and

However, the above web pages haven't been refreshed for 7 days now. Does somebody know the reason?

AFAIK, there was a limit of free tasks exceeded.
The sync between the Github (mirror) repository and the (main) fossil repository apparently stopped working a few days ago.
