  • tkimg is missing tiffconf.h when compiling with cygwin

    Hi All,

    I had to switch from msys2 to cygwin (I may regret it), but here I get the error:

    ../compat/libtiff/libtiff/tiff.h:28:10: fatal error: tiffconf.h: No such file or directory

    In fact, the file is really not created.
