I have been having trouble with the exec command for tcl/tk 8.6.12/8.6.13 built by VS 2020, so I have trying to see if I can build 8.6.0 using VS 2010 (since I don't have exec problem in this version).

Is it possible to do this ? I used the old makefile.vc and rules.vc, but it didn't go through.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
