    I'm interested in discussion on TIPs, I've reading the TIP guidelines and also the TIP list, I'm particularly interested in discussion on rejected TIPs to see the reasons for rejecting.

    Is there any web (or media) where you can follow the discussions and thoughts?

    Thanks for the question. Ashok already has answered.
    I think, it would be good practice in future, to document the reasonst
    for rejection in the TIP itself.

    I personally never modified the TIP after vote start to document what
    was voted on.

    But it might be good practice (in future) to add a section about
    informal vote reason explanation.

    It is currently only within the mailing list and this is complicated to
    access.

    I may enhance TIP 614 with this information. Anyway, I plan to work on
    two new TIPs maybee today.

    As a follow-up, I am wrong. I documented the rejection reasons for TIP
    614 within the TIP:

    I think, that is good practice.
